Welcome back folks. I can tell you that I have changes to make to this chapter already. I've been tied up at the San Diego State University Writers Conference where I taught two classes this week and haven't had time to update this chapter yet. My writers group had some great ideas. I'll update this page after I've done the edits, in the mean time, here it is, warts and all.
