Catrina Flaherty is a woman driven by her past. Cat, who comes from a long family tradition of police officers, joined the Police Department after college. After leaving an abusive marriage, her ex-husband used his position as a police sergeant to launch a campaign of sexual harassment to punish her.
Catrina sued the Police Department and won the largest class-action sexual harassment settlement in history. She took the settlement and opened her own Private Investigation agency, dedicating her life to helping other women who have suffered like her.
Known as a bit of a vigilante, Catrina is reputed to have beaten a man acquitted of a brutal rape charge and left him with ruptured testicles. She is still the prime suspect in the disappearance of a Seattle business executive who beat a murder rap due to her mistake.
